- Open the Control4 app or a touchscreen and note the interface you see.
- If you are unsure which operating system your home uses, Control4 recommends checking your controller registration information or contacting your integrator.
- Use the X4 instructions for current X4 systems, the OS3 instructions for OS3 systems, and the Legacy section for OS2-era equipment.

If you are not sure, contact VHT before removing your system from the app or installing a different Control4 app.

CAUTION: Do not delete the home’s Control4 system from your account simply to determine which version is installed.
