Alarm is beeping: (usually 3 beeps every few minutes):

• Press * key on keypad & make a note of the trouble message shown on the display panel
• Pressing * key will stop the beeping for approximately 12 hours

If you have a power outage, hit the * key followed by your code.  Do this twice and it will clear the system. Let us know if this resolves the beeping.  If not please make note of the error message you are seeing on the keypad.  If you’ve recently had a power outage your alarm keypad may display a low battery message while the system is resetting.

If you continue to see a "low battery" error message, please contact VHT to send you a replacement battery.
