Cameras Offline:  Please check to see if you can access your cameras from the native camera app (likely Luma).  If you are unable to do so, reboot your camera NVR (for digital cameras), or DVR (for analog cameras.   A camera NVR/DVR looks like this:

If you are able to access your cameras from your camera app, but not from the Control4 app, reboot your Controller (see Control4 troubleshooting tips). 

Cameras Out of Focus:  If you have Luma cameras and some of them are out of focus try the following.  Go to the individual camera in Live View, look for the scroll menu at the bottom of screen (see below).  Scroll to the left, select the joystick icon, select Zoom icon (3 trees), make adjustment.  Note, you’ll need to wait a few seconds for each change to take effect.
